This policy explains how PropertyCertify handles personal information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

We process account, property, document and service usage information needed to provide the service. If website analytics is enabled, our hosting provider processes page visits and limited interaction events without addresses, certificate dates, filenames, document contents or email addresses. If you consent to marketing cookies, Meta Pixel also processes limited public-page usage, device and advertising-attribution information.

How information is used

Information is used to operate, secure and improve PropertyCertify and to send requested compliance reminders. Website analytics is separate from Meta Pixel. Meta Pixel is disabled by default and used only with consent to measure advertising performance on public marketing and blog pages.

Cookies and your choices

You can accept, reject or withdraw consent for Meta marketing cookies at any time through Cookie Settings. Refusing marketing cookies does not affect access to the service.
